Outbound shipping:
If an item is damaged during transport, Remigo should be notified immediately (not later than 7 days) for information about an insurance claim or exchange.
You have the right to return any product purchased from our website within 30 days of placing the order for a refund. The product(s) must be unused, in its original package, and still in the same new condition as it was when the item was received. Please note that you will have to pay for the return postage or shipping yourself. If your return is accepted, we will refund you on your original payment method.
Remigo does not offer free returns, the customer will have to cover the return shipping costs. It is advisable to insure any valuable items when returning them. If Remigo receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item will be sent back to you.
Please note: If you have purchased a Remigo product, through our distributor or dealer network, you will have to contact them directly regarding warranty or shipping issues.
How to Make a Return
Please e-mail us at support@remigousa.com and let us know you want to return your product.
Add your order number and receipt. Please title your e-mail “Return”
Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 5 business days.
Claims
Remigo conducts meticulous quality control and manufactures to the highest standards. If you discover that your product has a rare manufacturing or material fault, please contact us at support@remigo.eu.
We handle every case individually. During the warranty period, you have the right to seek our assistance with manufacturing; damage caused by Rough handling or usage outside of what is described in the manuals is not covered under warranty and is the responsibility of the owner. Material faults, or faults that have been detected after normal use. If the fault is caused by rough handling, you don’t have the right to make a claim.
How to Make a Claim
Send us an e-mail to support@remigousa.com where you briefly describe the damage and how it occurred.
Please include images and/or record a short video clip showing the damage/problem
Send everything including your order number to support@remigousa.com.
Remember to attach the images in a format of ZIP or JPEG. Please entitle the e-mail “Claim”
